Poland Seminary High School Cheerleaders attended Cheer Time Athletics Spirit Camp on August 8-10, in Niles, Ohio. Throughout the week the girls learned new cheer, dance and stunting material for the upcoming season.The Bulldogs came home victorious with multiple Elite Awards, various individual accolades, and most importantly team bonding.
At the close of camp, all Seniors were spotlighted with an individual award. Seniors include one returning Varsity cheerleader Veronica Cionni along with Caylee Catcott, Arianna DiFabio, Katie Justice, and Francesca Rubesa all showcasing great leadership. Cheer Time Athletics also awarded the following individuals with the noted “All American” Cheerleader: Seniors Arianna DiFabio and Francesca Rubesa; Juniors Popi Kindinis and Gabi Rondon; Sophomores Macy Martin, Lainey McGivern and Angelina Mrofchak. All American Athletes are chosen by CTA staff based off of cheer talent, leadership, and character demonstrated throughout camp! All American Cheerleaders are selected from all of CTA’s summer camps and are invited to perform together as one team at various events including a YSU Men’s Basketball and Cleveland Cavaliers game.
