PSHS Guidance News

There will be a meeting on Thursday, February 27th at 7:00pm in the Auditorium for any 7th graders who are interested in enrolling in Algebra I and/or a Foreign Language for high school credit as an 8th grade student. Teachers will discuss the process of placement testing for these courses and information will be provided on how these courses would impact a student's high school transcript.

Every school year, Poland Seminary High School Student Council and Poland Middle School PANDA Club host a Food Drive, bringing together our school and community to support the Poland Food Pantry. Thanks to the generosity of our students, parents, teachers, staff, and community, we’re thrilled to announce that in 2024, Poland Local Schools collected and donated over 15,000 food items! WOW! College Credit Plus Informational Meeting on December 12 at 6 p.m. in the PSHS Auditorium, providing details on earning college and high school credits concurrently.

The PSHS Guidance Department will be hosting an informational College Credit Plus meeting on Thursday, December 12 at 6 p.m. Guidance Counselors will explain how your child can earn college and high school credit concurrently.
