NIL Information

Ohio permits high school student-athletes to enter into agreements and earn compensation for the use of their name, image, and likeness (“NIL”). Such agreements may not be provided by Poland Local Schools or any agents of the school (i.e., collectives, boosters, foundations, etc.). Poland Local Schools supports students, vendors, and families engaging in NIL activity while also ensuring student safety, eligibility, and adherence to all relevant Ohio High School Athletic Association (“OHSAA”) bylaws.
